Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, Check outs work P2,500.00 PHP and above will be charged with a Free Shipping Voucher.

How long does Shipping take?

We ship out orders between 3-5 days from the Check out date. And parcel should be arrive to you 3-7 days for Metro Manila and 3-14 days for provincial addresses after shipping.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will automatically received an order confirmation thru your email once an order was placed. An updated status of the parcel will also be sent to your e-mail together with the shipping information.

What payment methods you accept?

Medieval MNL supports different types of payment options including credit/debit card, e-wallet, and online banking.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed in the system, we are unable to make any amendments. Our packing process begins shortly after an order is placed, which means we cannot add items or modify the size, design, or color of an order. We can cancel the order instead so you can place a new one with the correct item. Once the cancellation is processed, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
